New York's Yogi Berra really went off tonight driving in all 5 runs against the Washington Senators in the Yankee's 5-1 victory. The 5 RBI are the most in the AL so far this season.

Catcher Yogi Berra left the yard and had 5 RBI and Don Larsen had a complete
game as the New York Yankees defeated the Washington Senators by a score of 5
to 1 at Griffith Stadium.
Berra provided the offensive punch. He lined a base-hit which scored a run in
the 1st inning, belted a three-run homer in the 5th inning and delivered a
single scoring a run in the 7th inning. New York managed 10 hits in their
victory.
Larsen(1-0) got the victory, allowing 1 run for the game. Pedro Ramos(1-1) was
the loser. He allowed 10 hits and 3 walks in 9 innings.
